Borrow, Borrow

The life changes ushered from a bad economy

Borrow, borrow to postpone the sorrow
What is it for, to keep things this way?
Borrow, borrow to avoid the fate tomorrow
We're way past saving for a rainy day

Spend, spend; way past going out of style
Before the plastic doesn't work any more
Spend, spend; enjoy the rush, push the stile
Movies, coffee, clothing, every type of store

Cut, cut, the plastic, hope the bills recede
Wash your hands of this wasteful, lavish life
Cut, cut; now only food, games at home, read
Cauterize the bleed; awake to a frugal life
