He's Nineteen
He's nineteen and she's seventeen
He's nineteen and tall
She, 2 years younger
They met just after fall
Teen love, yearning, hunger
Lots in common they have
They enjoy a simple date
They're each others' fav
Eat sushi, watch TV, stay out late
Make time between jobs and school
He's done, she's got one more year
I think they think each other's cool
They're good kids, that is clear
A college ed, that's important
To go they both are planning
But keep company in the current
College books they'll soon be scanning
Who knows if this a forever
Thing to be bound by rings
But in the current, they endeavor
To enjoy life's simple things
